Johnathan Woodward
Senior Tab Officer
Johnathan Woodward is an experienced litigator and mock trial administrator. His mock trial experience spans more than two decades: as a competitor in high school, college and law school, and since 2007 as a Board Member for the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA), the governing body for undergraduate mock trial. Johnathan has served AMTA in numerous roles, most notably as its Tabulation Director since 2012. Johnathan began volunteering with Empire in 2011, its fifth season, and is proud to see how the program has grown and the amazing things Empire alumni have gone on to do.
Johnathan has a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a partner at Houseman & Feind LLP, practicing civil litigation and municipal law, and serving as municipal prosecutor for several communities. Recently, he successfully argued a case to the Supreme Court of Wisconsin to close a loophole that allowed some repeat drunk drivers to be treated as first-time offenders.
